You may see taxable hourly pay, housing stipends, meals and incidentals, reimbursements, overtime, guaranteed hours, and estimated take-home. The trick is learning how to read the full package before you compare offers.

Gross weekly pay

Your taxable hourly rate affects taxes, overtime calculations, and sometimes benefits. A very low taxable rate paired with a large stipend may look attractive, but you should understand how the package is structured and whether it aligns with your situation.
