I’m Iris — a PTA turned Doctor of Physical Therapy student sharing my journey through clinical training, travel experiences, and building financial freedom while in healthcare.
My Story
My journey started in inpatient rehab as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where I worked closely with patients recovering from neurological and geriatric conditions. That experience completely changed how I viewed healthcare — not just as treatment, but as human connection and long-term impact.
Now, as a DPT student, I’m balancing school, clinical rotations, and building a life that still allows space for travel, exploration, and personal growth. I created this space to document that process honestly — without the unrealistic perfection often seen online.
